Account and data deletion

Updated: 27 September 2026

Request deletion of your account and associated data from the email linked to it, specifying a Korasati account deletion request. Never send your password. Account ownership must be verified. In-app deletion, processing times and backup deletion are still being prepared; this page does not mean automatic deletion is available.
